Salon & Spa Policies
- Cancellation Policy - A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all scheduled appointments via phone only. Email or text messaging is not valid.
- A credit card or gift card number is required for any service one hour or more in duration, or more than $100
- Appointments that are missed or canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge to the credit/gift card on file.
- It is very important to arrive promptly for your services. Tardiness will cause the technician to shorten your service to ensure the next scheduled appointment is not delayed.
- Prices are subject to change without notification
- Gratuity is not included in ANY service pricing or spa packages.
- Gift Certificates are available in any dollar denomination. They do not expire. They are non-refundable, but are transferrable.
- Parisian Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or personal items.
Bridal Services - Cancelation Policy
When scheduling bridal hair and/or makeup appointmnets a 50% retainer is mandatory to schedule these appointments.
If canceling for a bridal party, we require 2 weeks notice in order to reimburse the retainer. ALL cancelations must be made via phone and need to speak to a receptionist when canceling appts. We do not accept cancelations via text, email or voicemail. If cancelations are made within the 2 week time frame, the retainer is NON REFUNDABLE.
